Each item is checked for its preparation date before dispatch. Because our food products are perishable, we follow a clear cancellation and refund process to balance customer convenience with product freshness.

1) Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
 Customers may cancel their order anytime before it is dispatched from our facility/warehouse and receive a full refund.

 Once your order enters preparation, cancellation requests are subject to review since the product is freshly made to order.

After Dispatch:
 Once the order is shipped and tracking details are generated, cancellation is not possible.

How to Cancel:

 Send an email with your Order ID to support@anmolpure.com requesting cancellation.
 If the cancellation is accepted, we will confirm by email/SMS and initiate a refund.

2) Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days after cancellation/return approval. Actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
Refund Method: Refunds are made to the original mode of payment. If this is not possible, we may provide store credit or contact you for alternate details.
Communication: A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once the refund has been processed.
